it has almost been a month since i have updated my blog... thats a long time... i dont know how should i start...
maybe with the most recent event, the 3e3 class chalet, which was a total mess... the organiser wasnt really capable of handling things, and people kept saying i should have organised it... maybe they said it to make me happy... hmmm...
on the first day we had a barbeque.. it was quite nice, and the food came out ok... only thing i didnt like was that i didnt buy the food... i was cooking, i know what i want... and the people who bought the food didnt know where to get the best prices and over shot the $100 budget by $20, and the budget i had prepared by $40... anyway, me, zhi jie and wen xia spent the most time at the pit, with me and jie being the longest... wai xiong helped out quite a fair bit too... the others were either playing xbox/ps2 or talking... i really didnt mind that as i didnt want anybody to disturb us cooking...
mr wong came for a while, and im glad to say we're back on good terms again... chris brought his girlfriend, hanna, justin had haziqah, and fazli had fazila... i bought the vodka, but i didnt drink it as i hate liqour... ironic huh?? the only reason i bought it was because of stephanie... she's like a (baby) sister to me, so i cant bear to let her down... haha...
that night, i was the second to attempt to go to sleep.. first was jia wei, he knocked out immediately on contact with the bed... i borrowed jia wei's mat to sleep on, beside the toilet... i couldnt sleep though, everyone was making too much noise... steph was singing at 3 am in the morning, the lights were on, people were kicking me accidentally... it was a wonder i actually got to sleep...
on the second day, everybody woke up late, exceot those who didnt sleep.. those who did sleep did so at 4 am... and complained they were tired when me and some of the boys did a morning wake up call... "like, duh, you guys were up till 4?? and some people were even singing..."
on the second day, some of us went to escape... those who did were me, zhi jie, wen xia, steph, zhe wei, shi fu and rui xiang... i think i did the most screaming, followed closely by steph and wen xia... i think i yelled instead of scream.. haha... we went on rides such as pepsi and inverter... and by far our favourite ride was inverter... me and steph were fantasising that the machine broke down when we were hanging upside down on the inverter... zhe wei was my official ride partner, i rode almost everything with him... on pepsi, we tried to back flip as many times we could, but managed only about 4...
we saw renfeng and her boyfriend towards the end of our trip to escape, and sat on the viking with them... after that we went for a meal, and me, qun da and xerxes went swimming... but only for a while... we went back to the room to bathe, then i and qun da fell alseep... i woke up to find steph, xerxes, ren feng, her boyfriend, wai xiong and zhi jie battling out on the ps2, playing marvel vs capcom... we watched tv at 7, with steph constanly fighting with me for the blanket that i was using... both of us threw blankets at each other, and one hit xerxes... we also wanted to wake qun da up, so wai xiong put ice in his boxers and made his balls freeze... hahaha... in the end i went out of the room to help prepare to cook...
we went to buy new supplies as ours went missing, as well as more food... the cooks for the second day were the same as the first day, but with the addition of aisha and steph... both were contributing alot, with steph 'inventing' the stirfry barbeque method and aisha opening up a black pepper store... oh, the comedy... haha...
after that, i dont remember how, we started talking about me... about how i was never to get a girfriend, only possible 10 years later, and how steph and wen xia were suitable candidates because they were shorter than me, and grace coming into the picture because qun da saw her name on top of one of my sms... weird, really... after that, we went to the beach, where i was the only one not drinking... they were funny when they were drinking, because the beer had got them a tad bit drunk...
soon after reaching back to the chalet half of us fell asleep, with wen xia sleeping beside qun da for the second day running, which was made into a big hoo-ha courtsey of me... haha.. steph was sleeping with her arms folded over her chest to prevent chris from rolling over her and squishing her... xerxes was sharing a bed with hakim, haziqah's younger bro... and everyone but me was freezing... well, maybe i was, but i honestly dont remember.. haha...
i woke up at 8 on the 3rd day and bathed, and attepmted to wake everyone up, but only zhi jie, hakim and wai xiong arose... qun da was the laziest, being the last to wake...
we went to eat breakfast at kfc, and were actually planning to leave... but i suddenly remembered that xerxes and aun da promised to go swimming, so i kinda persuaded everyone to go to the pool... justin, haziqah, zhi jie and wai xiong went to the arcade... steph and wen xia were sitting admist the shade of the trees... and me, xerxes, qun da and hakim were playing in the pool... qun da was kinda like hakim's babysitter for the duration of the chalet, so they played together while me and xerxes were swimming... i got out of the pool occasionally to tempt wen xia and steph into the pool... and it actually worked!! hahaha...
steph ended up wearing my surfer top and school pants, and wen xia buying a swimming costume... steph looked so funny in my clothes, which looked and (definately) were extremely baggy on her.. you want to know how bad it was?? she pulled the shorts up to her belly and tied it firmly, but it could still drop if we were to pull it down... hahahaha...
we swam for about 4 hours, with qun da, xerxes and hakim tanning for the last 2 hours and me hanging out with steph and wen xia doing stupid things in the water... because i was kinda dry, i wore my sunglasses... i didnt like the bright environment we were in... people looked at me and thought i was a life guard... haha... me and wen xia was trying to make steph float on the water... which was entirely possible if she had believed that she could do it... then they (the girls) attempted to exercise in the water, by doing 'aqua aerobics'... they were trying to jog in the water, and do kicks in the water... then all of us in the water had a 'hold your breath' competition, which could have won if i didnt hear wen xia laughing above and burst out laughing myself... later on, i clocked around 1 min 10 secs holding my breath, which i consider quite good..
at around 3.45pm, we got out of the water and went to rinse down... steph and wen xia took very long as they actually bathed... then, we went for our last meal there... after that, we headed on home... we didnt take 3 89 buses because it was single decked... which was a bad choice as each bus that came was more crowded... in the end, we went to pasir ris interchange and took 58, which took more than an hour to reach bishan...
me and qun da walked around for a while, before heading on home... upon reaching home, i found out that my parents were in malaysia and that we were home alone... i went out later on at 11 to meet antonie to ride to seletar dam... we hung out till about 3am, then i went home, and didnt sleep till around 4.30... and i woke up today at around 2pm...
throughout the course of the chalet, we kept on singing the song 'Dragostea Din Tei (Phonetics)', or the 'Numa Numa I-ay' song, which became our unofficial chalet theme song...
today i went out to do some things for hougang cc... i went to post flyers on our up coming events.. i went with de jie, chew ling and delvin, and we were out from 8 till around 11...
and the laziest thing i've heard this month came from my twin (amaliah)... it went, 'i'm so full!! i think i'm gonna call my dad to pick me up'
mr paul's wedding is next week, and i havent recieve an invitation.. joyce sent it out, but either she forgot to send to me or i couldnt recieve cause my sim card was destroyed when she had sent it...
'Mi-a-hii, Mi-a-huu, Mi-a-haa, Mi-a-ha ha!!' ..... 'numa numa num i-ay!!'
