today i had an accounts test...
i think i can pass... i stress the word 'think'...
i went to school late, as usual... but today was very late... i reached school at, what, 8.15?? had it not have been for the sercurity guard, i could have gotten away scott-free... haiz, what to do?? she's just doing her job...
this wasnt the first time i went to school that late, last week it was raining and i also arrived around 8.15... =P
after school, i went with twin, fara, and jean to kovan mac to study...
on the bus there, i saw a long-lost friend, charmaine neo...
you know, most of the time when you see friends that you havent seen in a long time, you'll go like, 'wow, you've changed so much' or something along that line...
but seeing her was like seeing my twin every other day... she didnt seem to have changed at all... maybe taller?? i couldnt judge from the position i was sitting in the bus...
we soon reached kovan mac, and i saw kenneth, my ncc friend, there... lucky i saw him, cos soon i found out he's a math whiz...
i had so much doing trouble my math, so having no choice (no one at my table was of any help) i went over to his table for help...
wow!! he's so good!! he made everything look so easy...
he did make a few careless mistakes here and there, but i showed him the answer sheet and he would rack his brain to get the correct answer... and he always did!!
at around 5.30 i left for home... i wanted to go fix my front dee before the sun set... on the way, while riding on the road, a van horned at me... first thought that went through my mind was, 'hey!! whats your promblem man!! i have as much right travelling on the road as you do!!'
but when i turned around to look at the driver, i saw that it was the drink stall uncle... he rolled down the windows and began to chat with me... it was red light, and both of us were making a turn at the traffic junction, so a long wait was in order...
i dont know how so many people (so many as in at least half the school population) in the school know me, even the store vendors do!! i was surprised the drink stall uncle knew me, i mean, many people buy drinks at the stall...
ok, maybe its my outstanding red hair... or the fact that i do joke around with him... but i really am surprised...
he offered me a lift back to around the school area in his van, along with my bike... i said i was going to fix it, but thanks... he asked me if i was going to the shop near the traffic junction we were at, and i said yes...
once again, he suprised me by the things he knew... i asked him if he knew the bike shop uncle, and he said no... then i asked him how did he know the shop then?? and the reply was simple yet held alot of meaning... 'expensive', he said with a smile...
i laughed, and seeing that the light had turned green, i shouted a goodbye as i rode off...
i got the bike shop uncle to have a look at my bike, and he fixed my front dee and then tuned the bike to almost perfection... i am amazed at his vast knowledge of bikes... but then again, he is a bike shop owner..
after that, i went to serangoon to trying out some freeriding, as i have some interest in it... at first i was scared of going down stairs, esp steep and/or long flights... but after i rode fairly smoothly down a particularly long flight of stairs, i suddenly had alot of confidence... i began to ride bigger, steeper flights, and at one point even jumped down one...
maybe i should pick up that discipline of mtb... but trials also quite nice... xc also...
im in a dilemma... help me out people??
oh yah, did i mention that i found out my tennis racquet was made of titanium?? cool...
poohed all the way at 9:05 PM
